THE PROCESS

1. SIMPLIFY

Here we map out the strategy and break down the pieces that we need into bite sized chunks. We take a look at how you are spending your time, energy and resources inside your business, map out your processes do a FULL Tech Stack audit, and ensure that you’ve got the right tools for the job. This usually happens on a 60 min call with me and you walk away with your grocery list of ingredients to get back to me for the project to get rolling.

2. Construction

Together, we co-create a solution that is uniquely designed for YOU. Your business, energy, and time all get baked into the process, and I focus on keeping things simple and efficient all the way around. Whether I build the system for you or we build you a DIY roadmap, you can be assured that it will be as straight a line as possible to accomplish your big goals and save time. This includes a remodel of your current systems too because it doesn’t always mean a full scrap! Then my team and I get to work for you (cue Pina Colada and Pool Boy music!).

3. Fitting & backend support

Just like a great pair of jeans, every system needs some time to fade and wear in really nicely. So that’s what happens next. I train you through the whole system, including video tutorials, written SOPs, and live training for you and your team to be able to use the system and feel comfortable with it. On-going support is available and check-in/alteration calls are available to you after the
setup is complete.
