Disclosure/Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
If you require any more information or have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us by email at samantha (at) purposefully productive (dot) com.
At PurposefullyProductive.com we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information collected and recorded by www.purposefullyproductive.com and how we use it.
PurposefullyProductive.com is compliant with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
We will never share personal information with third-parties nor do we store any information about your visit to this blog other than to analyze and optimize your content and reading experience through the use of cookies. You can turn off the use of cookies at any time by changing your specific browser settings.
Log Files And Cookies
Like many other Web sites, www.purposefullyproductive.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Cookies and Web Beacons
www.purposefullyproductive.com uses cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.
GDPR Compliance
We are in compliance with GDPR and our email service provider(s) ActiveCampaign are too.
The right to be forgotten is a GDPR mandate that allows subscribers to ask to delete all of the data associated with them.
- You may unsubscribe from our emails at anytime, and request that we remove all of your information and data associated, and we will delete it in its entirety
- Under GDPR, each of our subscribers in the EU has the right to erasure, meaning they can contact us and we will delete all of their personal data from our systems
- An unsubscribe link is at the bottom of each email sent
- Also in the bottom of our emails, we remind you why you are receiving this email.
Identifying EU Citizens
ActiveCampaign provides a rule in the subscriber filter where we can sort our subscribers by location, to help us easily sort GDPR subscribers. We are aware of the chance that a EU citizen could be living abroad in a non-EU country. In these cases, it is impossible to identify them as EU citizens. But we are compliant in our efforts to be within all GDPR laws, and to the best of our ability use the tools that are available to identify EU citizens.
Thus, we apply the GDPR compliance factors mentioned above to everyone on our list, no matter their citizenship.
Subscriber Consent
We offer members-only free content to subscribers of our mail list. Readers can choose to provide a name and email address for this. We do not share that information with anyone, and will never send spam. We send informative and interesting updates related to coaching, entrepreneurship, productivity, marketing, social media and current sales.
Subscribers can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email from us.
Our ActiveCampaign and Elementor signup forms automatically create a proof of consent by capturing the IP address, location, date, time, and the source of the consent form. This information will solidify your documentation of where, when and at what time subscribers consented.
